Reasons to go to Riverside Methodist Hospital Labor and Delivery Triage after hours:
- Heavy Bleeding in any Trimester
- Severe Abdominal/Pelvic Pain while Pregnant
- Ruptured Membranes/Leaking Fluid from the Vagina
- More than 6-10 contractions/hour prior to 36 weeks pregnancy or contractions less than 5 minutes apart after 36 weeks
- Nausea/Vomiting if unable to tolerate even liquids for 24 hours
- Decreased Fetal Movement after 24 weeks
- Severe, Persistent Headache (not relieved by Tylenol or rest)
- Increased Facial swelling or Visual changes
- Involvement in an auto accident or a fall while pregnant
